All transactions are subject to Approval and we reserve the right to decline any order. We do not supply products to individuals or anyone with a Yahoo / Gmail type of email account. We only supply products to corporations or other professional organizations with an established location. We also will not accept any order from unlisted numbers (mobile or land line). In addition, certain products like LEVEL A chemical suits and accessories are classified as “restricted products” and are only available to select government agencies and select industrial facilities.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are subject to minimums and inspections and may have up to 30% restocking fee. You must contact TG Technical Services for a Return Authorization Number before any return will be accepted.
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of TG Technical Services receiving your item. however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We ship products within the Continental United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Discrepancies & Damaged Goods
Any shipping discrepancies, missing items, or damaged goods must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of the package(s). After 30 days, we consider the transaction to be complete.

Calibration gases are non-returnable. This is because the gas is dated, and it requires a special Hazmat License to return the product(s).
