TARIFF SURCHARGE COMMUNICATION Important Update: Tariff Surcharges on Orders and Invoices Starting March 6 As you may know, two Executive Orders went into effect on March 4th imposing tariffs on various goods and services imported from China to the United States. In addition, a similar Executive Order also went into effect related to goods and services imported from Mexico.
We wish to inform you of price changes that will take effect on March 6, 2025, on certain but not all Honeywell products. To the extent permitted by contract terms, costs associated with the tariffs will be reflected in invoices as surcharges on orders shipped on or after March 5th, 2025. In addition, any prices quoted for which orders have not been received will also be subject to the surcharge.
The surcharge will apply to the following products:
Field Instruments 15%
Process Instruments 12%
Mercury Instruments 12%
Portable Gas Detection 12%
Flame Detection 12%
FI Level 10%
FI MVX700 10%

Gas Sensing 10%
Marine Fixed Products 10%
ModSys 10%
Select Portable, Fixed and Hi-Tech Gas Detection products 10%

We encourage you to review it closely to understand how these changes may affect your future orders. These surcharges have been determined after careful evaluation of strategies to minimize the impact on our customers where possible. The value of these surcharges will be provided alongside your order confirmations to maintain transparency throughout this process. To avoid any disruptions to order processing, please include respective tariff surcharges on new purchase orders and payments towards invoices.
We want to reassure you that we are committed to supporting you through this transition. We value your trust and loyalty and strive to ensure that our solutions continue to meet your needs. Should you have any questions regarding these changes, please do not hesitate to reach out to your account manager or customer service team point of contact.
Thank you,
